Jewel is a sweetheart of a dog. Her unusual markings make her look like a bigger dog but she is under 20 pounds. Whoever adopts her will want to do a DNA test so the question of what breed mix she is can be answered because you will definitely be asked. Jewel's a smart dog who learns quickly and would do well with someone who would enjoy working with her. Some of the commands she knows (when she wants to) are sit, down, bow, shake, beg, spin, twirl and roll over.

She loves to go for a walk/hike so her new guardian should be fairly active. Jewel usually takes a nap in the car so she's ready to go for that long walk. Jewel would probably also like a home that has another dog around her size as she is very playful with the other foster dogs in the home with her.
