My name is Polly. I'm sort of terrier mix about a year old and weigh 11 pounds. I was surrendered to the shelter because the people who had me had too many dogs. I was at the shelter for six weeks. I was rescued by Dusty Paws Rescue when my foster mom came to look at another dog. She saw me sitting quietly in my cage while my kennel mate was barking her head off.

She felt sorry for me that I had been at the shelter for so long so she took me home. I've been really good. I sleep nicely in a crate at night and I haven't had an accident in the house. I use the doggie door to go outside.

There are other dogs in the house but I really don't play much with them so I would be okay as an only dog. I'm real cuddly too!. I sort of melt into you when you hold me. Won't you give me a chance to be your companion? I'm not demanding at all. I'm really cute with a slight under bite and hazel eyes.
